First of all, thanks a lot for your work on this project.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm having trouble setting up autoscan with docker. Looking at other discussions, I'm not sure if this feature is supported at all when using docker.

Describe the solution you'd like
Document how to use autoscan when not running from code/npm.

Describe alternatives you've considered

    environment:
      - CMDLINE=adf-autoscan

enable other command than listen with docker, it should fix #1026
