Updated Bulgarian, Spanish, and Vietnamese localizations from Transifex, including new translations of “Mapbox Maps SDK for iOS”. Also added a minimal Arabic localization. The strings translated into Arabic so far are obscure enough that they don’t warrant a mention in the changelog yet.
I had to work around #10731 a bit, since Transifex hasn’t picked up those changes yet. Also, changes in other localizations may take awhile to come in, because the errors fixed in that PR caused scores of translations to be reset.
