  1. add basic .gitignore file about LyX and LaTeX 

    Automatically ignore backup and compilation files by LyX and
LaTeX/pdfLaTeX when managing the .pdf manual of VSTENO.  It won't
remove the two hidden documentation files documentation_v02.lyx~
and documentation_v03.lyx~ but prevent the inclusion of similar
ones in the future (e.g., documentation_v04.lyx).
