Need this since the breaking change of v2 (I used to store it in a MockProxy).

Since v2.0.0 of jest-mock-extended, DeepMockProxy should to be used instead of
MockProxy for mocking prisma.
! However, since marchaos/jest-mock-extended#72
has not yet been officially released, we need to manually export DeepMockProxy
inside of the jest-mock-extended library definitions
