Library that extends IBM ILOG CPLEX Api to use powerfull logic equations and definition of stochastic models, only for java developers

Dependences

IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio (https://www.ibm.com/), steps:
- First, you must install CPLEX
- Replace cplex.jar from .../IBM/ILOG/CPLEX_StudioXXXX/cplex/lib/ to ...CplexExtended/lib/
Java Statistical Classes (http://www.jsc.nildram.co.uk), steps:
- It's alright, the jsc.jar is already include in your project
- But you can donwload a more recent version and replace on ...CplexExtended/lib/ if you prefer
