The objective of The Promura Project is to collate as much information as possible about two very obscure and rare camera lenses: the Auto-Promura 28mm C.P. Hi-Lux MC and the Auto-Promura 20mm C.P. Hi-Lux MC. The project is open to contributions. {1}

Promura (🇱🇷 USA) was registered on the 27th of May 1986 as a trademark of Promura Ltd. (73542618). The trademark was cancelled on the 30th of November 1992. {3}
Nissin Koki Co. Ltd. (🇯🇵 JPN) is believed to have been the manufacturer of both the the Auto-Promura 28mm C.P. Hi-Lux MC and the Auto-Promura 20mm C.P. Hi-Lux MC. {4} {5}
