What is the purpose of this pull request?
The purpose of this pull request is to add #25: the option to select payout percent for afk players.
How do your changes address the purpose?
My changes add a config option named
afk_payout_percentwhich pays that percentage (instead of everything) whenafk_payoutis true.Changes
commands_if_afkoption to specify what commands should be run when players are active vs afk
