This course offers BSc Physics students at ELTE an insight into lesser-explored yet crucial areas of computer science, filling in gaps in their prior studies. Its main goal is to introduce just a couple concepts and methodologies valuable for both academic and industry applications. The focus is on enhancing understanding and introducing skills and tools that differentiate learners from the mainstream.
Covering a diverse range of topics in each session, the course avoids deep specialization in favor of a broad overview. The goal for students to grasp the importance and relevance of various subjects and how they might intersect with their future career paths. Though not every topic may be directly applicable to everyone in the future, the topics shared are designed to motivate students to always focus on broadening their perspectives.
