Layout refactoring

This release has the following changes:

• The layout now occupies the full width of the screen at all times.
• Photo thumbnail grid layout has been improved.
• Animations for loading images have been simplified.
• Content has been updated.
• The issue with duplicate photos appearing on the album page has been fixed.

Typography and styling fixes

This release has the following changes:

• Added typography fixes site-wide, setting appropriate font sizes and weights.
• Links now have a hover and active state.
• Photo stage teasers now have captions coloured and contrasted correctly according to the dominant hex colour of their image.
