We've got a report that Owler (ows.eu/owler) user agent is not identified as a bot. The current regex seems to be (?:Owler@ows\.eu|OWLer)/[\d.]+ which expects Owler@ows.eu or OWLer but not Owler (ows.eu/owler).

Some links showing that it is indeed a user agent used by Owler:
