This fixes #15873.

Image.ANTIALIAS is not defined in current pillow releases. Since ANTIALIAS was just using LANCZOS anyways, this is just a cosmetic change, but makes synapse work with most recent pillow releases.

Changelog file will be committed shortly.

Image.ANTIALIAS is not defined in current pillow releases. Since ANTIALIAS was just using LANCZOS anyways, this is just a cosmetic change, but makes synapse work with most recent pillow releases.

Thanks, LGTM. LANCZOS has been introduced in 2.7.0 and we already mandate >=5.4.0.

Pillow 10 removes some deprecated constatns that are used in synapse,
the issue is already fixed in upstream, see [1,2].
Moreover, synapse is incompatible with pydantic 2.0 [3].
