The biomodels curators, would like to be able to just use the comparison from the command line. In their use case , they wont have combine archives, but rather just some directories, with the frog results. The PR, slightly modifies the existing compare script, so that it can initialize from multiple directoreis, for example:
if no path is given, the code behaves as before, running the example.
