SVG State Machine and Text Tokenizer

• Breaks SVG Down into JSON containing elements and their attributes

• Breaks Text Down into Words, which is further broken according to width into lines

• First run npm install to install the http-server dependency. Not required if folder already in server.

• To run, npm run start-web
