I couldn't upgrade Floki because the trip planner test broke. I suspect they have a bug in this patch version which only came out a few days ago. So, we can skip for this month.
Gettext changed their API even though it was a minor version change.
I cleaned up some of our macros because use, require, and aliases were scattered and not joined, etc.
