Resolve snyk warnings and expand model options

Description

• Address snyk issue suggested by local snyk scan in python 3.9.
  • [Snyk] Security upgrade aiohttp from 3.8.6 to 3.9.0 #184 is a false positive warning. As aiohttp dropped support for python 3.7 since version 3.9.0 (https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/releases/tag/v3.9.0). And vizro-ai support python 3.9 and above. Warning raised due to snyk's python 3.7 environment.
• Add two more model options for user testing
