- Update parcel in examples/parcel, since having different versions causes a weird error. - Update viz in examples/parcel.

Update some website packages, particularly @viz-js/viz.
Some of the CodeMirror packages can also be updated, but that may require work on @viz-js/lang-dot, since one of the updates caused syntax coloring to stop working without any apparent errors.
