FF132 Relnote: webGL drawingBufferColorSpace unpackColorSpace

FF132 supports WebGLRenderingContext.drawingBufferColorSpace and WebGLRenderingContext.unpackColorSpace in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885491, after an earlier abortive attempt in FF127 (see #33850).

This moves the release note from 127 to 132.
