This is a virtual machine that is running linux mint with all the Palm OS dev tools, it boots ready to compile Palm OS apps.
Since its impossible to provide a binary with so many files requiring installation to fixed paths I have provided a virtual machine as my binary.
Its bare Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64bit with the tools installed.
