Although this will make things a bit more computationally complicated, generating this information during profiling, and storing it in the variable positions table will make things much more accessible going forward.

update profiler. related to #324.

for each variable position reported by auxiliary analyses, profiler now
keeps track of the gene context by storing unique gene caller id along
with the variable position
