Major upgrade with deployment of some of @kartikeyaSh's GSoC 2018 work and major schema changes.
- Conversion of the recording_json table data type to JSONB
- Upgrade a number of dependencies
- Refactor of code into a messybrainz module
- Addition of tables, functions and indexes to be used eventually for clustering
