Aldex2 transformed clr counts are not giving the expected output #21

I thought that the ouput of:

aldex_obj <- ALDEx2::aldex.clr(reads = OTU)
reads_trfs <- aldex_obj@reads

would give me the output of the clr transformation. Instead, it is giving the input + a constant (0.5)
