This is necessary to allow importing the zdb module containing notably the database.
We also add the amr hits to the full pipeline test to allow us to test the AMR views in the webapp tests.
We will reuse this view to compare AMRs grouped by class and subclass.

We add 2 new views to look at the presence/absence of AMR classes and subclasses in different taxons. See screenshots below.
