Completed all 0.9.2 tasks:

  • Added filtering of low quality bins prior to submission, added corresponding --quality_cutoffs argument to makecfg
  • Added --minitest argument to enable quick testing of the input parameters without the need to process a complete dataset
  • Adjusted the reporting for bins that cannot be submitted due to low quality or missing taxonomic information
  • When a user chooses to specify taxonomy manually, preflight checks now include ENA queries to make sure the taxids and scientific names specified be the user match up
  • Additional improvements for preflight checks
  • Updated README
