This .zip file contains the necessary jar artifacts to install the CIM-CSS plug-in into Eclipse.
Download the .zip
In Eclipse, go to Help --> Install New Software...
Add...
Archive...
search the .zip file on your system
install the CIM-CSS plug-in
shut down Eclipse and restart
