As titled.

The history of changes 2.10: https://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/2.10/changes_2.10.html

There isn't significant changes.

Need review the patch from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-3144 and XSLT update in https://github.com/metanorma/mn-native-pdf/pull/744/files. May be need to remove meta-information from XSLT.
