It might be useful to pull some more information from the LST file to use downstream (e.g. if we know it's a Bayesian estimation method, can calculated CDI instead of CI).

  • Estimation method: header begins with #METH
  • Minimization status: header begins with #TERM

refactor: adjust to capturing all estimation methods

lst parsing will still only get the last method, as will default
to the ext file, and lst will be a general fallback.
