Parser Play

Thread to play music tracks in the EverQuest directory with an option for looping.

Curses music pane:

• Similar to the help menu, an overlay, press p to open or close
• Select from .mp3 files in the EverQuest directory
• Capture spacebar for stop/start/resume
• Capture l for loop

Update shortcuts:

• Change Toggle encounter parse save from p to s
• Set p shortcut to music selection pane

Add /say commands:

• /say parser play [title]
• /say parser play [options] [title]
• /say parser play loop [title]
• /say parser play stop
• /say parser what songs

I don't know which file extensions in the Titanium client are the midi files, so for now just the way newer mp3 files until I find those
