Welcome to the FAIR-body-composition wiki! In this pilot we explored the FAIRification workflow and created a semantic dataset/model for a single existing (SPSS-)datafile with variables patient role, age, gender, body height, body weight, fat-free mass (measured with a BODPOD), resistance and reactance (measured with bio-electrical impedance analysis, BIA), and device (BODPOD or BIA).
For versioning of the semantic model in Turtle and ShEx format see the Github-repository FAIR-body-composition. In this wiki the model and proces is described.
