This should trigger a Code Scanning workflow, I think, because the tag is being created on/from the 'breaking stuff' branch, in which there is a Code Scanning workflow that is looking for such events.

Creating this tag on the master branch. Code Scanning w/ push.tag events is configured in the 'breaking-stuff' branch, not the 'master' branch. So... this shouldn't trigger any Action, I don't think.
