EE2 TS SendGrid Event Webhook Notifier Plugin

Do you send e-mail via SendGrid? SendGrid's Event Notification App can notify for events such as bounces, clicks, opens and more.
Inital development version. Supports adding x-smtpapi data via SendGrid's Mail Web API.
Including the 'Subject' in the event notification requires modifications to a third party plugin (such as Escort). Once Escort's developer adds extension hooks I'll update this plugin.
