TSPL: let printer use its default speed if speed is not configured #121

Tested on Munbyn ITPP941. The actual speed was probably 4 in/s. It was definitely not 1 in/s, which is very noisy.

All other drivers that use print_speed use that logic. No other driver sets print speed if it's not configured.
