I thought this was an issue with CloudFlare caching, and we may have something to tweak there, but it looks like we're running into this issue that we should address regardless.

While it requires a hard refresh to take effect, #183 disables the service worker. I'm going to consider this issue resolved by that, and we can take up a separate issue to restore the service worker functionality if it seems worthwhile for some reason.
