To avoid caching issues we are having with the service worker, disable it for now.

This is a workaround for #174. We can experiment with configuring the service worker differently to avoid those problems, but I think it is easier to not use the service worker in the meantime. I personally still get versions of the website from December 2020 if I do not hard refresh my browser.
