This bug is reported on Sep 14, 2020 in #6140 but still not fixed.

Have MS new feedback about that?

Looking at the linked issue, it seems that this rule is both useful for performance reasons and affects a large amount of partners for multiple years. Marking it for triage

I will let the team decide on that. We can bundle the two bugs together as they seem to need the same fix
