Repro:

  1. Create a new Core Assistant bot.
After creation, error says "Missing QnA Maker subscription key" and gives location "Settings".
  2. Click Settings.

This link actually takes you to "Configure your bot", not Settings. "Settings" is a different location in Composer.

The false label "Settings" gives the user false information which the user must later unlearn.

The link should instead be labeled "Configure".
