Description of the new feature / enhancement

Being able to change the order in which the fancyzones custom layouts are displayed would be great.

I have a few work-scopes and this means have a few fancyzone layout profiles for my stupidly wide screen. I have set shortcuts for ctrl win alt # which is great.

Being able to drag and drop could also auto-set the shortcut.

Ah man, I'm loving fancyzones!

Scenario when this would be used?

In the case of someone with a great deal of layouts, being able to set the order would be quite useful for a visual-check.

I hope they add this in the future, it bothers me so much to have my layouts in order of creation
