Hello, thank you for replying~~~
I’ve tried to install windowsappruntimeinstall-1.0.3-x64.exe manually as admin and successed(if not admin, can not install), then I tried to install "0.58.0" manually, but it still could not be OK. Of course I also tried to install "0.58.0" as admin, but still not be OK...as the following picture...

Could you check if something there helps?
Downloading and trying to install https://aka.ms/windowsappsdk/1.0/1.0.3/windowsappruntimeinstall-1.0.3-x64.exe manually in a command prompt might help in getting the actual error.

Pictures aren't shown when you install by e-mail. Could you please send those through GitHub? /needinfo |
Emmmm.....I think....maybe you delete "windowsappruntimeinstall-1.0.3-x64" in "0.58.0" package could fix the bug??? I guess when I install "0.58.0" , it can't get the admin permission properly , and because you can't install "windowsappruntimeinstall-1.0.3-x64" without admin permission , so it sticks.... |
@kenshin86 can you install https://aka.ms/windowsappsdk/1.0/1.0.3/windowsappruntimeinstall-1.0.3-x64.exe manually? Please try to do it in a command line so we can check the errors. |

I logged in as an admin user and manually installed the appsdk, that solved the problem on my environment. (run as did not work) |
