The integration with Win11 menu is new and (by the looks of it) not yet perfect. My experience is not that it is slow, but sometimes it looks like a menu-item is being removed at the moment the menu is called.

In my situation, it causes microsoft/terminal#13523
confirmed related to powerrename.msix. remove-appx and delete it immediatly fix the problem.

I guess the removement of other software and slow responce may related to ms limited the total amount of menu items in win11 context menu. So system need more time to decide what to display.
