Workspaces can not open Edge Apps

Steps to reproduce

When saving workspace and trying to open it, apps that I created from Microsoft Edge Tabs will open an empty Microsoft Edge window but not the app link.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Open Edge App like Gmail, Threema or any other website tab I exported to an app.

❌ Actual Behavior

Edge App will open empty Edge window.
