Steps to reproduce

To reproduce install a PWA application like whatsapp web, or clipchamp etc.
Then adding this app to workspaces adds a new edge window, instead of that running PWA app.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I should be able to manage and open my PWA apps seperately and they should open like normal, instead of a new Edge window

❌ Actual Behavior

A new Edge window opens instead of the specified PWA app
