Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Web browsers are used a lot, maybe add a special shortcut keybind for it?

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Pressing Win + W should launch the default web browser

if it pinned, you can just hit WinKey+Number where the number is the spot in the taskbar.

I think your ask here is more "give me a way to launch commands with keystrokes", correct?

If you have .lnk shortcut (files) - which browsers basically always have in the Start menu - you can give that a keyboard shortcut in the Properties window. When pressing a single letter, Windows places Ctrl+Alt in front of it bij default.
The Start menu is a good place to find common shortcut files. One downside (of this location) I noticed so far is that when a program updates, often these shortcut files get re-created, which mean you have to set this again. But hey, it works.
