Additional:
- Support to search app by exe name
- Fix for apps can't start with parameters as admin
BTW:
- We should document how an user can start apps with params. We have missed to mention this feature in the 0.23 release notes. (See [PowerToys Run] Add Suport for Commandline arguments in Program Plugin #5791)
- We should document the action keys in the wiki too.
