Issues related to running on Windows 8.0/8.1 and Windows Server 2012/2012 R2

1. File Blocked - to unblock a file do the following:

• Right-click on the sqlnexus.exe and select properties
• If the file is blocked you will see the "Unblock" button.

2. You receive message “Windows Protected your PC” - To get past this click on 'More Info' and select 'Run Anyway'.
