Operations Roadmap?

Is there a roadmap anywhere that shows what upcoming resource operations are planned? I'm doing work for an org trying to use API for FHIR to implement various CMS mandates and partner integrations, but we keep running into many, many FHIR Operations in the R4 spec that are not implemented. Knowing what is coming down the pipe would at least help us figure out if we should wait, build our own extensions, or (unfortunately) jump ship to a different FHIR server which implements what we need.
