- implement a mutator for classic nas mode
- generate search space automatically with dry run for starting nni experiment
- support standalone mode for nas, users could simply run the trial command with nni experiment for easy debug
- define search space format for LayerChoice and InputChoice
- Modify PPO tuner and the customized random nas tuner for handling the new search space format
