Fabric's TextInput caret displays in wrong position

Problem Description

I actually thought it didn't render at all. Turns out it does, but... far below:

See it there in the bottom right?

Or here in the bottom left:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run playground Composition
2. Look through TextInput tests

Expected Results

Caret is inline with text
