Add global/local autocomplete.
Query default defines, add compilerPath/cStandard/cppStandard settings for Linux/Mac/Windows clang/gcc-based compilers (support for WSL and cl.exe is delayed).
Fix bugs caused by headers getting associated with the wrong translation units and modified headers not having their changes propogated to all the source files.
