Can't Publish VSCode Extension And Open Marketplace

1. when i used ‘vsce publish’ publish my Extension, return error info

I'm not sure why you are having this issue while accessing the marketplace. At least for me, it seems to be working just fine.

Since your issue seems to be related to the marketplace itself, I would suggest you to reach the VS Marketplace team directly, via vsmarketplace@microsoft.com e-mail, or their Feedback Channel, via this GitHub repo https://github.com/microsoft/vsmarketplace.
