os.chdir not reflected in path completion

I used os.chdir to change cwd, but for some reason, my path completion stuck at the root/original level

I first thought it might be an extension issue, but I tried two extensions and both had the same issue. Am I missing something?

This doesn't relate to this extension since we don't provide file completions. But taking a guess on behalf of those other extensions, they don't analyze the source code to figure out how you would change things during execution.
