Steps to Reproduce:

1. Clone the https://github.com/botpress/botpress repository, then run yarn & yarn build.
2. In VS Code, in the Run and Debug pane, start the "Debug App" configuration

The command is truncated by VS Code (as you can see by the black % sign which indicates an unterminated line):
